WATERPROOFING

Issues related to waterproofing are often more difficult to resolve, because they are hidden.  Waterproofing systems depend heavily on quality control of the materials as well as the workmanship during installation.  An experienced construction observer can identify deficiencies and assist in timely resolution.  This will result in a reduction of maintenance and increase the long-term performance of the system.
